The Automated Hauling Permit System (AHPS) is available to ALL customers. To access the online permitting system you must first establish an account. Since we now accept credit cards you are no longer required to obtain a credit bond, escrow account or an irrevocable letter of credit. You may create an account and pay for permits via credit card and e-check. To establish an account we require basic company information which consist of company name, address, phone #,dot#, fein#, for users accessing the system first and last name (takes about 2 minutes to setup an account).

For companies who wish to setup an account using a credit bond a minimum credit bond amount of $1000 is required. (Note: You are being bonded for $1000 not paying $1000). If you choose to open an escrow account or use an irrevocable letter of credit you will need to determine your estimated monthly volume (dollar amount) and determine the amount you will need. We will need to have the original bond and irrevocable letter of credit on file. Escrow account users can make payments to their online account using credit card and e-check payment options.
